Want to try a workshop, but not ready for a long commitment? ​ That's cool, we get it! Come once and see what Ignite is all about; get a taste of Ignite’s all-genre workshop. ​ Do you have a work-in-progress? Wanna talk about it? ​ Are you looking for encouragement, guaranteed writing or editing time, and the camaraderie of a small group of other writers? ​ Bring up to 300-words from any part of your book to read, and plan to share a few details about your project. Then, we write!  ​ Writer's choice whether you work on editing (burn) or generative writing (build). Use (or ignore) the offered prompts. ​ There will be opportunity to read, comment on each other’s work, and discuss writing process in each meeting. ​ ·      Live Zoom meeting (NOT recorded) ·      Maximum of 10 writers ·      You will receive the link once you register.  ​​ THIS IS NOT A CRITIQUE GROUP. ​ The goal is to offer encouragement about what’s working, ask clarifying questions, and give each writer food for thought about future directions their books might explore. ​ Saturday January 12th 12-2:15 PM Eastern/9-11:15 AM Pacific  $25 USD
